Foraging with Heather Flournoy

Join Heather on a guided tour exploring "weeds" at the edge of the organic gardensand then walk through a wetland area and forested area learning to ID and collect wild edible and medicinal plants of early summer. If we are lucky we will find some mushrooms as well. All pareticipants are encouraged to pause for a light lunchor bring their own, then continue learning by attending Chrys Napolitano's hands on cooking class and  learn how to clean and process foraged finds and and make delish dishes to taste and take home.
